Students are still playing catch up academically and many parents are recovering from financial hardship due to the pandemic. The last thing families should have to worry about is whether or not they will have enough money to purchase supplies for the upcoming school year.
Spirit of Joy Lutheran Church is hosting a school supply drive this summer to collect supplies for our East Orlando community. Families can pick up a generous care package of school supplies at our church on Friday, August 6- the week before school starts in Orange County.
Help us show some much-needed love to the kids in our community and send them back to school with the tools they need to succeed.
